Terms of Service - Viva La Vida Event Venue

Booking and Reservations:
- To secure your desired event date, a non-refundable deposit is required.
- The remaining balance must be settled before the event date.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 15 days prior to the event will incur 50% of the total booking fee.
- Cancellations made within 5 days of the event are subject to the full booking fee.

Event Details:
- Provide accurate details regarding the number of guests, event requirements, and any specific arrangements at least 15 days before the event.

Venue Usage:
- The venue is to be used exclusively for the agreed-upon event and duration.
- Any extension of the event beyond the agreed-upon time may incur additional charges.

Damages and Clean-Up:
- Clients are responsible for any damages to the venue during the event.
- The venue must be returned in the same condition it was provided. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees.

Vendor Coordination:
- Coordinate with our designated contact person for any vendor deliveries or setup requirements.

Safety and Security:
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines outlined by Viva La Vida.
- Security personnel may be required for certain events at the discretion of the venue.

Insurance:
- Clients are encouraged to obtain event insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

Force Majeure:
- Viva La Vida is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.

Client Responsibility:
- Clients are responsible for informing their guests of venue rules and policies.

Liability:
- Viva La Vida is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the event.

Dispute Resolution:
- Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual arbitration in accordance with local laws.
By booking with Viva La Vida, clients agree to abide by these terms. Viva La Vida reserves the right to amend these terms as necessary.
